Not far from our hotels in northern Italy, at the foot of the over 3,000 m high glacier, you’ll find Lago di Anterselva/Antholzer See. The mountain lake delights with peace and quiet, moments of relaxation, and great panoramic views. Since 2003 a nature trail leads around the crystal-clear lake, which offers families with children and nature lovers a unique insight into the flora and fauna of the area. Highlights of this tour are an enclosure with dwarf goats, deer, information boards about the most important rocks in the area, and information about the surrounding peaks and gorges. After an hour, the leisurely walk around Lago di Anterselva/Antholzer See ends, leaving plenty of time for a relaxing picnic at the lake or a refreshing jump into the cool water.
