On selected dates, we invite you to join our yoga retreats at Hotel Winkler. During these periods, two yoga sessions take place every day – one in the morning and one in the evening.

YOGA WITH CATHERINE SCHEITTERLEIN

Kundalini yoga has changed my life: it gave me healing, stability, and so much energy every day. It strengthened my intuition, helped me find my way in life, and gave me access to my inner self. And now, I want to share this gift with the world.

Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness and energy. We use body and breathing exercises, meditation, mantras, and relaxation to feel complete. We experience ourselves in a very subtle way and build a strong connection to ourselves. In this way we regain our balance and draw more strength and energy for our daily lives. Kundalini yoga is perfect for beginners and can also provide a deep experience for advanced yoga enthusiasts.

In the morning session, we awaken our energy, align ourselves positively, and thus start the day with more joy, alertness, and awareness. When body, mind, and soul come into balance, we experience our life with a higher intensity and enjoy every moment to the fullest. In the evening we wind down and experience undisturbed silence, and even beginners can enjoy a deep meditation.

YOGA WITH ANNA SOPHIE KOTLARSKI

How do we want to experience and design our life? What about our our well-being, how we deal with challenges and with our own welll-being? Do we perceive what is “going on” inside us, what makes us who we are, and what is important to us? For me, yoga is the clear space between stimulus and reaction. I sharpen my awareness for what is really important in a moment and for living together with others as well as my attitude towards myself. Yoga helps me to observe myself and to keep aligning myself accordingly – on a physical, mental, and spiritual level. Yoga is not a panacea, but rather a methodology for authentic (self-)management. If practised regularly, yoga helps me to see clear (again). I warmly invite you to shift your focus from outwards to inwards so you can live a lighter, more self-determined life.

About me: I am an experienced yoga teacher (600+ hours certified) and teach modern and encouraging language, undogmatic and rhythmic flow, and a precise arc of tension in each class. Confidence, courage, and balance from inner power and lightness will be the main themes in my powerful flowing and nurturing yoga sessions. My enthusiam, humour, approachability, and passion for ad-lib speaking comes from 12+ years of professional experience in senior management positions in corporate marketing. As an entrepreneur, I successfully run the online and offline boutique studio “Casa Flow Studios” focused on yoga, meditation, and pilates together with my partner and our 30-strong team in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg. I pursue the vision of establishing modern spirituality as a constant, easy-to-integrate companion in life for all those who want to consciously stand up for themselves and who are always looking for a regenerative to energetic balance to their busy everyday lives.

Practise calmness and discover your full potential.

I’m a Strala Yoga Advanced Leader (certified) and completed my training at Spirit Yoga Berlin. In my concept, unity of the body is the top priority, and one movement leads into the next. The focus is on continuity of movement. Here, we focus our awareness on HOW we take ourselves from one position to the next. Strala Yoga makes use of many movements from Tai Chi and Qigong. Mindfully stop working against resistance and discover more space for yourself. All parts of the body support each other in what they’re currently doing. Your breath leads, your movements are soft and flowing. Playfully become aware of your power and practise coordination while your breath smoothly maintains your balance.

For all. Beginners, yoga pros, everyone who might wish to discover a new side to themselves, sports fans, and hobby athletes with a love of movement. Fall in love with moving yourself.

YOGA WEEK WITH ANNE-KATRIN FELDKAMP

Yin & yang – in my sessions, you’ll experience both: dynamic, flowing asanas as well as yin and restorative yoga to help you relax and unwind. In combination with meditation and breathing exercises, we ground ourselves in here and now.

I invite you to practise yoga with me twice a day. In the morning with a gentle flow to awaken and mobilise our body and provide it with positive energy for the day. In the afternoon with a soothing yin yoga session where we gently stretch and relax our muscles and fascia and you can enjoy some time for yourself.

EASY FLOW & SOULFUL YOGA WITH DANIELA GWIGGNER

After years of being a single mum and a project manager in the tourism and sports managemnt sector, yoga initially helped me find balance and minimise stress. I quickly saw how beneficial regular yoga practice combined with energy treatments can be for body, mind, and soul, and began to dive deeper into the meaning of the spiritual world. I started my training with the motto, “You can’t change the waves of life, but you can learn to ride them.”

YOGA & MINDFULNESS WITH SANDRA SABITZER

I’m convinced that we can happily live a fulfilling life full of gratitude, joy, and openness – to find our soul’s calling and follow it. It was this conviction that led me to yoga many years ago, although back then it wasn’t quite as clear as it is today. In the beginning, I was mainly drawn to the physical aspects, but since then, yoga has had a beneficial effect on my life both on and off the mat. Now I’d like to support you in having greater trust in your own wisdom and reconnecting with yourself. In the morning, we activate our body with hatha and vinyasa yoga classes (including the odd chakra yoga session), and in the evening we find peace through yin yoga and extended relaxation exercises. You’ll also find a few pinches of humour, craziness, and worldly wisdom – there’s a good reason why I’m known as “Pink Elephant”.
