    1 back-strengthening training or stretching session per week,
    3 Pezziball workouts with Gerd per week,
    1 Kneipp session per week in summer,
    1-2 aquagym workouts per week
  • Chalet Purmontes:
    up to 5 different sport sessions per day
  • Hotel Winkler:
    4 Jacobson muscle relaxation sessions (alternating with Tibetan singing bowl relaxation)

Individually tailored personal training with our personal coaches (upon request and for an additional fee)

Yoga sessions several times per week in various yoga styles and relaxing meditation sessions at our sport hotels in the Dolomites

    2 yoga sessions per day on 1-2 days per week,
    2-3 meditation sessions per week
  • Chalet Purmontes:
    2 yoga sessions per day,
    4 days per week
  • Hotel Winkler:
    4 Tibetan singing bowl relaxation sessions (alternating with Jacobson muscle relaxation)
