The inspiring variety of our themed evenings

South Tyrolean cuisine is genuine and multifaceted, and you’ll enjoy the same level of authenticity and rich indulgence at our weekly themed evenings. During the farmer’s evening, you can look forward to traditional, hearty South Tyrolean cuisine with a buffet featuring specialities and cheeses, as well as soups and meat dishes made according to Grandma’s secret recipe. A thrilling contrast to that is the Italian evening with its Mediterranean lightness and aromas. The tasting menu featuring the finest delicacies treats you to pure indulgence, while the dessert buffet is the sweet highlight of the week. And dining doesn’t get much more elegant than our gala dinner with aperitif reception.
