Bright fitness rooms for your daily workout

Winkler-style fitness: Each of our hotels in South Tyrol features a large, bright fitness room with professional training equipment. Some of our hotels also offer dedicated rooms for the activities of the Winklers Balance programme, including yoga-, Qigong- and Pilates lessons. There is more: our trainers are there to help you stay fit with regular sessions of aqua fitness, Nordic walking and back exercises.

Personal Training with Alex

As a licensed fitness trainer, Alex Caumo supports our guests at the Hotel Winkler Sport & Spa Resort in actively shaping their holidays and achieving their fitness goals. In addition to the Coni-approved personal trainer A and fitness trainer A licence, Alex has also acquired a wide range of knowledge through his personal passion for weight training. For many years, Alex has accompanied both athletes and sportsmen in their individual training as a licensed athletic trainer and offers tailor-made training concepts.

At the Hotel Winkler, our guests have the exclusive opportunity to take part in weekly courses such as back school, cross and functional training as well as abdominal, legs and bottom and let Alex motivate them to new peak performances while actively organizing their holidays. In addition, we offer individually bookable personal training sessions where Alex can fully cater to the individual needs of our guests.
