Qigong

Qigong is a Chinese exercise and meditation technique that aims to harmonise and regulate the Qi flow in the body. Senses are sharpened and focus is improved by means of diverse, sometimes even martial-arts-like exercises.

 

Yoga

This Indian philosophical doctrine can be practised in different ways, but all the various yoga techniques ultimately lead to self-knowledge and involve both meditation and physical exercises which help achieve inner peace and balance.
