On selected dates, we invite you to join our yoga retreats at Hotel Lanerhof. During these periods, two yoga sessions take place every day – one in the morning and one in the evening.

Practise calmness and discover your full potential.

I’m a Strala Yoga Advanced Leader (certified) and completed my training at Spirit Yoga Berlin. In my concept, unity of the body is the top priority, and one movement leads into the next. The focus is on continuity of movement. Here, we focus our awareness on HOW we take ourselves from one position to the next. Strala Yoga makes use of many movements from Tai Chi and Qigong. Mindfully stop working against resistance and discover more space for yourself. All parts of the body support each other in what they’re currently doing. Your breath leads, your movements are soft and flowing. Playfully become aware of your power and practise coordination while your breath smoothly maintains your balance.

For all. Beginners, yoga pros, everyone who might wish to discover a new side to themselves, sports fans, and hobby athletes with a love of movement. Fall in love with moving yourself.

YOGA WEEK WITH NINA KARAS

Taking the time for yourself and your needs is not always easy in everyday life. Regular sessions help body and mind to find back to balance and harmony. I would like to pass on this feeling and attitude to you in my classes.

Whether yoga or Pilates – I give you the space to be completely with yourself in order to bring body and mind into harmony. What you can expect are powerful yoga classes that give you strength, as well as grounding yoga sessions that help your body and mind find their flow.

YOGA WEEK WITH SANDRA SABITZER

I’m convinced that we can happily live a fulfilling life full of gratitude, joy, and openness – to find our soul’s calling and follow it. It was this conviction that led me to yoga many years ago, although back then it wasn’t quite as clear as it is today. In the beginning, I was mainly drawn to the physical aspects, but since then, yoga has had a beneficial effect on my life both on and off the mat. Now I’d like to support you in having greater trust in your own wisdom and reconnecting with yourself. In the morning, we activate our body with hatha and vinyasa yoga classes (including the odd chakra yoga session), and in the evening we find peace through yin yoga and extended relaxation exercises. You’ll also find a few pinches of humour, craziness, and worldly wisdom – there’s a good reason why I’m known as “Pink Elephant”.

YOGA WEEK WITH SARA RAUSCH

“Find your inner balance”: For me, sharing yoga means creating a room in which everyone is able to fully be in the here and now.

Yoga gives them time to just be and find peace. My classes are characterised by mindful movements that lead to inner balance. We start the day with a powerful, dynamic, and creative vinyasa flow session.

And we end the day with gentle and balanced yin yoga class. Through mindful breathing and carefully selected asanas, I help you experience power and energy, but also long-lasting relaxation. Let go of the old, fill your energy reserves, and find back to inner balance.

YOGA WEEK WITH ANNE-KATRIN FELDKAMP

Yin & yang – in my sessions, you’ll experience both: dynamic, flowing asanas as well as yin and restorative yoga to help you relax and unwind. In combination with meditation and breathing exercises, we ground ourselves in here and now.

I invite you to practise yoga with me twice a day. In the morning with a gentle flow to awaken and mobilise our body and provide it with positive energy for the day. In the afternoon with a soothing yin yoga session where we gently stretch and relax our muscles and fascia and you can enjoy some time for yourself.

YOGA WEEK WITH GESA KÖTTER

Yoga helps me pause – and get in contact with my inner self. I design my lessons as moments of mindfulness to consciously take time and offer body and mind space to pause. Every moment on the yoga mat is an interplay of movement and breathing that helps me find inner harmony.

In my vinyasa and yin classes we explore the balance between asanas and stillness, between strengthening flow sequences and relaxation, between yin and yang.
