These measures are important to stop the spread of COVID-19 and to offer our guests a pleasant and unforgettable holiday experience.
Due to the spaciousness of our Winklerhotels we can guarantee the most important thing for your holiday at the moment, namely a lot of space. In addition, we naturally guarantee the highest standards of hygiene, which have always been lived and practiced by us anyway. In addition, we have again increased the number of cleaning and disinfection procedures in the hotel in all areas. Here we would like to familiarize you with the measures in the individual areas. - WARMLY WELCOME
On your arrival our staff will measure your temperature. To ensure the safety of all guests and our entire team, guests with a temperature above 37.5°C are not allowed to enter the hotels. You are welcome to check in online from home. - HYGIENE AND CLEANLINESS
All surfaces and contact points are disinfected and cleaned several times a day with special disinfectants. All public areas are ventilated several times a day. Seats and door handles are disinfected several times a day. A minimum distance of 1 metre is maintained in all common rooms. There are several hand disinfectant dispensers in the hotel. All linen (bed linen, towels, bathrobes, etc.) is professionally cleaned at high temperature directly in the Winklerhotels. - WELLNESS & SPA
The wellness facilities are open for you. In the entire SPA area, trained personnel will take care to maintain the correct spacing. For your own safety, only a maximum number of guests will have access to certain areas at the same time. This is where the spaciousness of our SPA Areas will benefit you. Blankets, towels and other bedding are distributed individually per person after antiviral high-temperature cleaning for SPA areas. All SPA employees wear appropriate protective equipment and the cabins are completely disinfected after each treatment.
Here is an overview of the SPA worlds in the four Winklerhotels:- Lanerhof: 3,000 m² spa area with 3 pools, 6 saunas, 3 relaxation rooms
- Purmontes: each suite has its own private infinity pool (heated all year round)
- Winkler: 3,500 m² wellness area with 6 pools, 6 saunas, 4 relaxation rooms
- Sonnenhof: 5,000 m² large garden with 2 pools, 1 natural swimming pond, 4 saunas, 2 relaxation rooms
- SPORTS & ACTIVITIES
We move our fitness and entertainment activities to our spacious outdoor areas whenever possible. Guided hiking and biking tours are available. As our hotels are surrounded by beautiful nature, you can enjoy many outdoor activities. - REGIONAL CUISINE
For many years it has been a major concern of ours to focus on regionality and sustainability. For example, we use products from our own agriculture and from the region and will increase this offer in the future. Kitchen staff, service and suppliers are continuously trained and controlled. - BREAKFAST & DINNER
Breakfast is served in a combination of buffet and show kitchen. - ROOM SERVICE
We are expanding our room service offers and will be pleased to spoil you with culinary delights in your room or suite (additional charge for breakfast 15 € per person, dinner 25 € per person). - WINKLER’S TEAM
All our employees are regularly trained and also tested. In addition, all Winklerhotel staff will always use mouth and nose protection during their work. With a confident and masked smile, however, we are all highly motivated to finally be able to offer you magical moments in the beautiful nature of South Tyrol with our work.

In these uncertain times we would like to offer you flexibility in planning your holiday:
- No cancellation fees, if travel is restricted by Covid-19.
- Deposits paid for arrivals in September, October and November will be credited to your next stay at the Winklerhotels or fully refunded if travel is restricted by Covid-19.
