out of the uncertainty at the beginning, we have taken all measures related to COVID-19 with great responsibility to provide our guests with a pleasant and unforgettable holiday experience in a safe environment. Thanks to the spaciousness of our hotels, we can guarantee the most important thing for your holiday at present, namely plenty of space. In addition to the unique size, we naturally guarantee the highest standards of hygiene.

WELCOME

On your arrival our staff will measure your temperature. To ensure the safety of all guests and our entire team, guests with a temperature above 37.5°C are not allowed to enter the hotels.

You are welcome to check in online from home.

HYGIENE AND CLEANLINESS

All surfaces and contact points are disinfected and cleaned several times a day with special disinfectant. All public areas are ventilated several times a day. Seats and door handles are disinfected several times a day. A minimum distance of 1 metre is maintained in all common rooms.

There are several hand disinfectant dispensers in the hotel. All linen (bed linen, towels, bathrobes, etc.) is professionally cleaned to a high temperature directly in the Winklerhotels.

WELLNESS - SPA AREAS

The wellness facilities are open for you. In the entire SPA area, trained personnel will take care to maintain the correct spacing. For your own safety, a maximum number of guests will have access to certain areas at the same time. Here you will benefit from the spaciousness of our SPA landscape.

Blankets, towels and other bedding will be distributed in the SPA areas. All SPA staff wear appropriate protective equipment and the cabins are completely disinfected after each treatment.

HOTEL BAR AND HOTEL RESTAURANT ARE OPEN

Our hotel bar and restaurants are open. Public bars and restaurants (our hotel bars and restaurants are not affected) may only remain open until 18.00 hrs.

We are expanding our room service offers and will be pleased to spoil you with culinary delights in your room or suite (additional charge for breakfast € 15 per person, dinner € 25 per person).

BUFFETS

We kindly ask you to wear mouth-nose protection at the buffets as well as gloves which you will find at the entrances to the buffets! We also ask you to wear the protective masks wherever a distance of 1.5 metres is not possible. There are disinfection stands at all entrances to our buffets and fresh and disinfected cutlery is always available for each guest.

In these uncertain times we would like to offer you flexibility in planning your holiday:

free cancellation option up to 48h before departure in case of travel restriction by Covid-19.
Deposits made will be credited for a next stay at Winklerhotels.
The optional travel insurance in our reservation confirmation, covers the non-start of a trip in case of a Covid infection and quarantine obligation.

Valid for all reservations with arrival until 20 May 2021.
