Taisten, the charming sunny village in Alta Pusteria/Hochpustertal, lies at the entrance to the rustic Valle di Casies/Gsiesertal. The interesting circular trail begins in the heart of the village and encompasses over three kilometres of paths. At four stations the mysterious Taisten fables are told in an exciting and instructive way. Especially the legend of the Mucheler, who sold his soul to the devil and finally escaped by a trick, fascinates both younger and older children.
