The first one is a tour that takes sporty bikers from Valdaora/Olang to the beautiful Lago di Braies/Pragser Wildsee. Take the Val Pustertia/Pustertal cycle path to Monguelfo/Welsberg and from there continue on the cycle path to Valle Anterselva/Pragsertal. Via Schmieden and Bad Neuprags you’ll reach Oberhaus and then the western shore of Lago di Braies/Pragser Wildsee. Continue along trail no. 19 into the Grünwald Valley. Surrounded by the legendary Dolomites you’ll reach your destination: the Grünwaldalm. Another unmissable tour is the "Geniesserrunde" through the Val di Tures/Tauferer Ahrntal. From Brunico/Bruneck you bike towards Gais and Campo Tures/Sand in Taufers to Taufers Castle (worth seeing!) before finally reaching the famous waterfalls.
