General Terms & Conditions

In order to make sure there are no unexpected surprises during your holidays, and so we know what to expect, we would like to ask you to have a look at our General Terms & Conditions.
Prices include half board per person/day in euro for a minimum stay of 4 days.

Short Stay
We regret we are unable to definitely guarantee the booked room category for stays of up to 3 nights.

Bed and Breakfast
If you book a stay with “Bed and Breakfast”, the half board price is reduced by € 8.00 per person/day.

Arrival and Departure
Rooms are available on the day of your arrival from 2 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 7 PM, we would be grateful if you could notify the Reception. On your day of departure, we politely request that you vacate your room by 11 AM. Saturday is the usual day for arrival and departure. Where possible, we will be glad to accommodate other arrival and departure days.

Single Occupancy of Double Rooms
Wherever available, we charge an extra € 25.00 on the double room price for single occupancy of our double rooms.

Room choice
Please note that within the categories there may be some small differences from the printed pictures and room layouts. We will be pleased to take your room requests into account and confirm the desired room category, but unfortunately we are unable to guarantee specific room numbers!

You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you to our hotel, provided you notify us in advance. We charge € 10.00 / day without feed and ask that you bring a dog blanket and basket with you. We thank you in advance for your understanding, but dogs are not allowed in the dining room and wellness facility. We reserve the right to charge an extra € 50.00 for final cleaning. We would normally claim on your pet’s liability insurance in the event of damage to the room or hotel.

Your deposit will be retained as a handling fee if you cancel your stay regardless of whether you have Holiday Cancellation Insurance.

In the event of delayed arrival, early departure, or cancellations less than 10 days before the scheduled date of arrival, we will charge 70% of the total cost of the booked stay. For cancellations up to 3 weeks before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be retained as a handling fee.
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing, without exception.

Holiday Cancellation Insurance

It's always possible that something unforeseen could come up. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against any eventualities. The amount depends on the length of stay. (1-2 days=20 €, 3-6 days=40 €, 7-10 days=60 €, from 11 days=90 €). The travel cancellation insurance covers all cancellation costs in the event of accident, illness, death or other serious occurrence affecting the insured, their children, siblings, parents or grandparents. The insurance is valid from the date of payment and does not require any additional confirmation. Simply transfer the total amount together with your deposit. Late arrival or early departure are not included. In the case of cancellation the deposit will be withheld as a processing fee, irrespective of the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance.
