The Sexten Valley, the easternmost part of South Tyrol, branches off the Puster Valley at Innichen. The cross-country trail runs from Innichen via Sexten and Moos to as far as the end of the Fischlein Valley. There are plenty of opportunities to stop for a rest and snack en-route at several points in the Sexten Valley. - Plätzwiese in the Pragser Valley
There is a wonderful high altitude cross-country ski run at Plätzwiese at 2,000 m above sea level; it is 4 km long and ideal for an excursion with the whole family. Cross-country ski trails from November to April! The snack bars are open throughout the winter.
